Ah, February! The month of love! Giving and receiving spontaneous acts of love is a wonderful way to spread peace and harmony. It’s also an ideal time to think about ways that we can love and take better care of ourselves.
Many of us are dealing with stress, emotional anxiety, sleeplessness, and health problems, but we often put ourselves last in the pecking order.
How long have you been telling yourself you will:
- Eat better?
- Sleep more?
- Exercise more?
- Reduce sugar?
- Drink less alcohol?
- Take better care of your skin?
Loving yourself, taking care of yourself, and raising your personal bar of self-care and attention all begins with making a decision to introduce small changes to your daily routine.
Your 7-Day Self-Love Challenge
Here are some easy ways to begin your self-love journey over the next 7 days:
✅ Make a list of 2 to 3 personal goals you want to achieve this week.
✅ Leave work on time for one week.
✅ Make yourself one meal from scratch.
